To our Friends and Clients:
As things are ever-evolving with the Covid-19 virus outbreak, we will be continuing to monitor and follow guidelines put out by the CDC, the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association in an effort to keep everyone as safe as possible during this time. Please note that we will remain open to care for your pets as long we are deemed essential to care for sick, injured and other doctor-assessed emergent cases. That means we have to postpone (not cancel) appointments that will not impact an animal or family member’s health or comfort if delayed a month or more. Even being allowed to do this emergent care could be changed by either federal or state government mandates, if a staff member has come in contact with the virus or if our staff does not remain in good health. However, we may need to reduce our hours of operation depending on staff availability and the need for our services.
We are continuing to only allow staff and pets to enter our hospital. We want to follow guidelines restricting social interaction and practice the instructions for social distancing. As you approach our facility you will now find tape labeled “6 feet”. We ask that you abide by the social distancing rules our state has mandated and that you remain at one of these markers as we collect and bring your pets from and to you. Our Client Curbside Policy Handout will follow this letter as a reminder of our new protocols and to inform those clients who are not familiar with it yet. If you have an appointment scheduled with us, please read the new policy and follow the instructions. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call, text or email our office. Contact Information:
- (425) 377-8620 (call or text)
- Lake Stevens Animal Hospital Facebook page
As a reminder back on March 23rd we will be reduced our hours of operation. We are open from 8 am to 4 pm, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. We are open from 8am to 6 pm on Wednesdays. We will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays until further notice. Furthermore, changes to our hours of operation will occur as the need arises. If you have an appointment still scheduled on a Saturday, we will be contacting you to reschedule.
We will continue to keep you posted on any changes via our website, Facebook page, and email. Additionally, information pertaining to COVID-19 and your pets can be found in a new pamphlet we have available for you to read. Said pamphlets will be posted on our Facebook page and will also follow this letter via email.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to navigate how to best serve our clients and patients and keep our staff safe during these uncertain times.
Please be well and safe everybody!
Dr. Renee, Dr. Koppa, and the LSAH Team.
